Owned end-to-end design strategy and architected the core UX frameworks to support both user groups

Led experience design spanning 5 Meta surfaces and aligned 7 cross-functional teams on a phased roadmap balancing immediate user needs with long-term vision. Accelerated product and engineering decision-making through generative research, early identification of inter-dependencies, and surfacing transferable infrastructure to expedite a Q4 2026 launch.
